Dr. Zeeshan Iqbal is a Pakistani academic and researcher specializing in livestock management, animal genetics, and nutrigenomics. His teaching portfolio includes subjects such as animal breeding and genetics, range livestock production, animal welfare and ethics, and forage production. His research interests lie in nutrigenomics, genetic selection, nutrition–genetic– environment interactions, and forage production technologies. He has published numerous research papers in national and international journals, including recent works on livestock nutrition, parasitology, and animal disease control. Dr. Iqbal has participated in several national and international conferences and training programs. He is an active member of the Pakistan Animal Scientists Welfare Association (PASA) and the UVAS Alumni Association. Beyond his academic work, Dr. Iqbal is known for his managerial, communication, and leadership skills, along with his passion for teaching, research, and improving livestock production systems in Pakistan.
