My name is Lateef Olanrewaju Mustapha, a dedicated poultry farmer with over 15 years of
hands-on experience in breeder management, focusing on poultry health, productivity, and
sustainable farming practices. I have built a strong reputation for implementing effective
biosecurity measures, optimizing poultry nutrition, and preventing disease outbreaks to ensure
high-quality production.
Throughout my career, I have successfully managed breeder stocks, maintained excellent animal
welfare standards, and trained farm staff on best practices in animal care and farm operations.
My commitment to efficiency led to a 20% reduction in feed costs through strategic nutritional
management, and I have developed innovative breeding techniques that have significantly
improved flock performance.
In 2020, I was recognized as the Best Young Breeder Farmer in Odeda Local Government,
Abeokuta, Ogun State. I currently serve as President of the Poultry Farmers Association in Zone
