My name is Olivia Sengel and I’m currently pursuing an MSc in Nutritional Sciences at Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary. I’m expected to graduate in 2026. My academic background includes a bachelor's degree that partially covered agricultural topics, which sparked my interest in the intersection between food systems and nutrition. I believe that understanding both the production and the physiological impact of food is essential for building sustainable and health-focused solutions. I’m passionate about continuous learning and staying up to date with innovations in both agriculture and nutritional science.
