Honorable Oluyinka Smith holds a Master degree from the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom in 2010 and as Continued is professional Development (CPD) on Agricultural Productivity online in Agroforestry, Agriculture Economics and Nature, Supply Chain of Agriculture and Sustainable Agricultural Land Management from prestigious higher places of Learning like the University of Illinois in the USA, University of Western Australia, and University of Florida respectively, Honorable Oluyinka Smith is an Agricultural Extension and Rural Development Specialist and works as the Supervisory Councillor for Rural Development and Agriculture in his state local government and he is currently appointed as the Local Government Official responsible for overseeing policies, providing technical support, fostering socio-economic growth to improve the livelihoods of rural populations and programs serve as a voice for rural communities, representing their interests and concerns regarding agriculture and development to the local council and government agencies aimed at improving agricultural practices, advocating for farmers’ needs, coordinating local efforts, and ensuring the effective implementation of agricultural and rural development initiatives to enhance economic growth and food security
