Dr. Nikoletta Ntalli (Scopus ID: 26029980300) is an Assistant Professor of Pesticides at the Department of Agriculture, Crop Production and Rural Environment, School of Agricultural Sciences, University of Thessaly in Greece. Previously she has been employed as a Researcher at the Department of Pesticides Control &Phytopharmacy,BenakiPhytopathological Institute in Greece. She has also worked for the development and registration of pesticides at Bayer CropScienceand Expedia Srl. She is specialized in the development of ecofriendly-low input pesticides of natural origin. Her research interest includes pest management with eco-friendly tools; bioactivity ofbotanical secondary metabolites, chemistry of bioactive extracts of natural origin; organic soil amendments with plant protection properties; biostimulants; mode of action and synergism of bioactive molecules; formulation of bioactive compounds; side effects on non-target organisms and soil communities. She has published more than 6 book chapters and 60 scientific papers in SCI journals.
